Grant Web runs grantweb.co.uk. This page is about the enquiry form on that site. We do not run a marketing list.

What we collect

When you send the form we ask for:

• Name (required)
• Business name (optional)
• Trade / type of work (required)
• Phone (required)
• Email (optional)
• Current site or Instagram (optional)
• What's going on (required, choose any that apply)
• Anything else (optional)

With the enquiry we store the time you sent it. The server that runs the site can log the time of a request and the address it came from. That log is not part of the enquiry. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies.

Why

So we can reply about a Digital Anchor, by phone or by email. A current site or Instagram helps if you gave it.

The legal basis is that you asked us to take steps toward a possible contract.

How long we keep it

While we need it to have that conversation. If we do not build a site for you, we delete your enquiry after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

Who sees it

Grant Web. We do not sell it. We keep it on the server that runs this site so we can reply. That server is in the Netherlands. We do not send your enquiry through a third-party form tool.

Cookies

A necessary session cookie remembers a token so the form send is genuine. It is set when you open a page on this site, and it lasts 14 days. If you are signed in to the message list, that same cookie keeps you signed in. Nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, or to have it deleted. Use the enquiry form and say so. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Trading name Grant Web. Legal entity (sole trader or Ltd) is not locked yet; this policy still applies to the form on this site.
